FCA IS A GLOBAL MINISTRY WITH MANY ROLES RANGING FROM FULL-TIME STAFF TO VOLUNTEERS. THESE ROLES ARE GROUPED INTO EIGHT MAIN AREAS:

FIELD MINISTRY

Field staff focus on local ministry to coaches and athletes through campuses and communities. These roles include direct ministry to and through the coach, to athletes as well as volunteers.

FIELD ADMINISTRATION

These gifted support staff work alongside the field staff helping to coordinate ministry events and activities from a clerical and administrative role.

SUPPORT CENTER (SC)

These staff roles advance the vision and mission of FCA by supporting field ministry and other staff. This includes areas of ministry advancement, technology, communications, international support, financial services, human resources, training and talent development.

INTERNATIONAL FIELD MINISTRY

International Field staff are ministry leadership positions who engage, equip and empower coaches and athlete to become disciples in all nations.

INTERNSHIPS

Internships are semester and summer field ministry roles for college students that provide spiritual, personal and leadership development through serving with FCA. Internships are available locally and include experiences at FCA camps, on campuses, in the community, as well as internationally.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers may serve in various capacities in order to help FCA realize our vision. These roles are defined as either Volunteer Team Members or Volunteer Ministry Leaders. Volunteer Ministry Leader roles require a volunteer application and background check as part of the affirmation process.

ASSOCIATES

Associates assist FCA staff in the successful camp or campus ministry programs and administrative support. It is a temporary, part-time position for up to 1 year.

AMBASSADOR

The Ambassador role serves a narrowly defined local area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission on a very limited, part-time basis.
